All toner and consumable supplies are automatically ordered, and our system uses Ai technology to learn the usage patterns and printing peaks and troughs of your devices over time to assist with the automatic ordering process. Your team doesn’t need to lift a finger.
Likewise, meter readings, billing data, upcoming maintenance reminders, and service calls are all fully automated.
KFS also allows our team to adjust and tailor settings to suit your individual needs, and also to train staff members remotely as we can see what you see, and can highlight buttons, select menus and options, etc to guide your team through the functions of their device.
Software and security updates are also handled remotely and this type of maintenance is scheduled to occur outside your business hours to avoid any disruption or down-time.
In the unlikely event you are having issues our local Call Centre Team can remote in to the device and can even resolve minor break-fix events, or if an on-site call from one of our Service Team is required, we may be able to make adjustments to optimise the performance of the printer until the Technician arrives on site.
