We understand that providing clients with the very best print equipment is only part of the picture. We offer industry-leading service including our own local service contact centre, comprehensive national service and support platform, and fast and effective on-site service.

In-house call centre

Our Works Control Centre operates from Christchurch and is staffed exclusively by our own Kyocera and Konica Minolta trained personnel. The call centre is available to:

  • Ask advice concerning your Kyocera or Konica Minolta product
  • Place an on-site service call
  • Organise a Kyocera or Konica Minolta warranty service
  • Talk directly to a Kyocera or Konica Minolta trained technician (when available)
  • Contact our service manager
  • Order toner, paper, staples or other supplies
  • Arrange empty toner collection
  • Speak directly to our accounts department
  • Arrange on-site staff training with a KMBE customer service representative

Workshop and warehouse facilities

We operate a modern workshop at our central Christchurch premises that allows us to offer clients:

  • Kyocera and Konica Minolta warranty servicing; just bring in your Kyocera or Konica Minolta printer or copier and our factory-trained technicians will take care of the rest
  • Kyocera and Konica Minolta full diagnosis, service, and repair for your printer and copier/multifunctional devices
  • Complete copier and printer refurbishment capabilities
  • A huge range of toner, paper and supplies to suit your printer and copier
