On-site service calls

We have a team of highly trained and experienced mobile service technicians on hand to provide fast and efficient service for your print equipment.

  • Once an on-site service call is logged by our New Zealand based Call Centre, the job will be loaded on to our bespoke service system and pushed out to one of our experienced mobile Technicians
  • All calls are continually monitored by our Service Controller, including via our shared service platform and GPS systems to ensure a speedy and successful fault resolution, and that we meet all service response times, and service KPI’s
  • Our mobile Technicians carry a large parts stock in each service vehicle, which means most service work can typically be completed in a single callout. Should additional parts be required, we carry a huge supply of parts for Kyocera and Konica Minolta devices
